Stephanie - Rheolwr Meithrin / Nursery Manager
Dechreuodd Stephanie weithio yn Red Balwn Coch yn 2008, dechreuodd weithio fel nyrs feithrin o fewn yr uned Gymraeg a thros y blynyddoedd symud ymlaen i fod yn uwch nyrs feithrin, rheolwr Gweithrediadau ac yn awr Rheolwr Meithrin sy'n gyfrifol am redeg o'r Feithrinfa. Mae Stephanie-Mayy yn rhugl yn siarad Cymraeg ac yn meddu ar ILM4 mewn rheolaeth ac arweinyddiaeth yn ogystal â chymhwyster Lefel 5 (rheolwr) mewn gofal, dysgu a datblygiad plant. Roedd Stephanie hefyd wedi cymhwyso fel gweithiwr Chwarae Uwch Lefel 3 ym mis Mawrth 2016. Stephanie began working at Red Balwn Coch in 2008, Stephanie began working as a nursery nurse within the fluent Welsh unit and, over the years, progressed to become a senior nursery nurse, Operations manager and now Nursery Manager who is responsible for the running of the Nursery. Stephanie is fluent in Welsh and holds an ILM4 in management and leadership as well as a Level 5 (manager) qualification in children’s care, learning and development. Stephanie also qualified as a Senior Playworker Level 3 in March 2016. Additional training/qualifications: Safer recruitment, RIDDOR, Advanced Child Protection QCF Level 3, Language & Play OCN, Conflict Management, Equality and Diversity, Fire Warden, Health and Safety, Promoting positive behaviour and First Aid at Work.
Chloe - Rheolwr Gweithrediadau / Operations Manager
Dechreuodd Chloe fel myfyriwr yn Red Balwn Coch ac fe'i cyflogwyd wedyn fel nyrs feithrin yn ein hystafell blant bach rhugl yn ôl yn 2012. Fe symudodd Chloe ymlaen i uwch nyrs meithrin ac yn awr yn rheolwr gweithrediadau'r feithrinfa. Mae gan Chloe Lefel 3 mewn gofal ac addysg plant yn ogystal ag ILM2 mewn rheolaeth ac arweinyddiaeth. Roedd Chloe hefyd wedi cymhwyso fel gweithiwr Chwarae Uwch Lefel 3 ym mis Mawrth 2016.

Chloe began as a student at Red Balwn Coch and was then employed as a nursery nurse within our fluent Welsh toddler room back in 2012. Chloe then progressed to a senior nursery nurse and is now the operations manager of the nursery. Chloe has a Level 3 in child care and education as well as an ILM2 in management and leadership. Chloe also qualified as a Senior Playworker Level 3 in March 2016.

Rhona Dyer - Cydlynydd Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol / ALNCo Additional Learning Needs Co-ordinator
Ein Unigolyn Cyfrifol yw Mrs. Rhona Dyer. Mae Rhona yn seicolegydd ac athro addysgol cymwys, profiadol. Yn ogystal â sicrhau bod pob agwedd ar ein lleoliad yn seiliedig ar dystiolaeth bresennol o ran arfer gorau, mae maes arbenigedd arbennig Rhona gydag anghenion arbennig yn sicrhau bod anghenion unigol yr holl blant yn cael llety llawn.
Ar gyfer y plant hynny ag anghenion ychwanegol, mae Rhona yn arwain y cyflwyniad ar draws gosod polisïau a gweithdrefnau newydd yn unol â Deddf ADY 2018. Rydym bob amser wedi cydweithio'n agos ag awdurdodau lleol, gweithwyr proffesiynol allanol a rhieni i sicrhau bod anghenion plant unigol yn cael eu diwallu ac cryfder nodedig yn y lleoliad yw i ba raddau y byddwn yn canfod a gweithredu barn ein plant ieuengaf yn ein gwaith hyd yn oed. Our Responsible Individual is Mrs. Rhona Dyer. Rhona is a qualified, experienced educational psychologist and teacher. In addition to ensuring that all aspects of our setting are based on current evidence around the practice, Rhona's particular area of expertise with special needs ensures that the individual needs of all children are fully accommodated.
For those children with additional needs, Rhona is leading the introduction across the setting of new policies and procedures in line with the ALN Act 2018. We have always worked closely with local authorities, external professionals, and parents to ensure that individual children's needs are met. A noted strength within the setting is the extent to which we ascertain and implement the views of even our youngest children in our work. This practice will continue.
Staff Qualifications
Our nursery nurses either have attained a Level 3 child care qualification before taking up their post or are required and supported to progress towards this. All staff receive a detailed induction programme and ongoing professional development thereafter. Staff receive both 'in-house' and external training in a number of areas, with all of the childcare team undertaking compulsory training in child protection, first aid, highest-grade food hygiene and health and safety. All staff receive regular supervision and appraisals and are encouraged to develop particular areas of interest and expertise.

Mae ein nyrsys meithrin naill ai wedi ennill cymhwyster Lefel 3 mewn gofal plant cyn cymryd eu swydd neu os oes angen, a chefnogir, i symud ymlaen tuag at hyn. Mae'r holl staff yn derbyn rhaglen sefydlu fanwl a datblygiad proffesiynol parhaus wedi hynny. Mae'r staff yn derbyn hyfforddiant 'mewnol' ac allanol mewn nifer o feysydd gyda'r holl dîm gofal plant yn ymgymryd â hyfforddiant gorfodol mewn amddiffyn plant, cymorth cyntaf, hylendid bwyd ac iechyd a diogelwch.
